How to bind your cell phone?
- You must first register your cell phone before you can dial international long distance.
- You can login to your own account to register or dial iTalkBB customer support.
Calling instructions from your cell phone:
1. Dial andy iTalkBB number:【323-908-8701 , 301-637-0505 , 646-682-0300 , 617-997-0008 , 832-631-3081 , 516-740-0966 , 718-873-2226 or 415-868-4173】.
2. After the call is connected, select 【1】 for English or 【2】 for Chinese.
3. Then, you are ready to make calls with these instructions:
For any international calls: Dial 011 + Country Code + Phone Number (i.e. 011-86-10-8888-8888)
For calls to Canada: Dial 1 + Area Code + Phone Number (i.e. 1-202-888-8888)
Your call will be connected in about 5 to 10 seconds.
NOTE: Do not press 【SEND】 again after you have entered the international number, just wait for the receiving end to be connected, it may take up to 5-10 seconds.
Calling instructions for China Phone Number:
From any landline or cell phone in China, just dial the China Phone Number which is assigned to you, the call will be connected to your cell phone.
